Windows by Nancy has been serving residential and commercial clients since 1999. We carry a large selection of fabrics, trimmings and hardware to meet your needs.

Nancy personally works with you from the Free In-Home-Consultation right through to the installation of your custom treatments. At Windows by Nancy we pride ourselves on attention to detail and flexibility to make sure the final product exceeds your expectations. Nancy is proud to say that her large client base has been built primarily on customer referrals that results from high levels of customers satisfaction.

 

If you would like to know how the process works, just follow these steps:

Step 1: CALL
Call Nancy at (609) 647-5972 to set up an appointment for a Free In-Home-Consultation.
Your existing home color pallet and furniture style will be discussed to determine what types of fabrics and trimming Nancy will bring with her. She will also bring photos of her work as well as many design ideas.

Step 2: IN-HOME-CONSULTATION
The day of the In-Home-Consultation, Nancy will help you decide on a custom style with the perfect blend of fabrics and trimming that will work beautifully in your home. She will also take measurements to insure your products fit perfectly when she returns to install them.

Step 3: ESTIMATE
Nancy will prepare an estimate for the window treatments and any other custom accessories that are chosen at the consultation. In approximately one week, you will receive a Design Proposal (estimate) in the mail. The Design Proposal includes the cost of everything needed to complete your custom design right down to the installation.

Step 4: DEPOSIT
If you would like to proceed with the project, you would then send back a signed copy of the Design Proposal along with a check for 50% of the project. The final 50% is collected on the day of installation.

Step 5: FABRICATION
When your deposit is received, all of the fabrics will be ordered and Nancy will begin creating your custom products. It usually takes about 8 weeks for the fabrication of the window treatments and accessories. Actual fabrication time will vary depending on several factors including fabric availability and holiday times.

Step 6: INSTALLATION
Nancy will call you to schedule an installation time. She usually does the installations on Fridays. Assisting Nancy with the installations is Jay Chiappetta of Chiappetta Construction. Treatments are hung, steamed, and dressed to perfection.
